The scope of work should include, but not be limited to: The demolition and disposal of the existing upper structure; Remove and dismantle all existing blocks and set aside to be used by the County; Supply and install new concrete "lego" block foundation (two layers high); Supply and install a 38'x40'x20' tall tarp structure with one end wall and a 16'x16' sliding door; Supply and install 3/4 " plywood 8' tall for entire inside perimeter.
