near the Church Object of the contract: The City of Saint-Basile wishes to obtain tenders to carry out repair work on part of rue Saint-Angélique, rue Hardy and the parking lot located near the Church. The tender envelope must be marked AP-2022-02 - Tender for the repair of part of Sainte-Angélique Street, Hardy Street and parking lot near the Church and must be sealed, signed and clearly indicate the name of the tenderer. The tender, to be considered, must be accompanied by the documents identified in article 3.7 of the document AP-2022-02 - Tender for the repair of part of rue Sainte-Angélique, rue Hardy and parking near the Church. The City of Saint-Basile undertakes to accept neither the lowest nor any of the tenders received and incurs no obligation towards the tenderers. The City will also not be liable for any lawsuit or claim for costs or losses incurred by the bidders as a result of such decisions. Bid Bond 10% is required.
Performance and Material Bond 50% is required.
