Reference number : 1601363 Review Title : Snow removal Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-05-18 Submission sent electronically accepted: No The Municipality of Saint-Eugène requires tenders for: SNOW REMOVAL AND WINTER MAINTENANCE OF THE MUNICIPAL ROAD NETWORK AND TOLERANCES OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAINT-EUGÈNE This call for tenders aims to obtain the services required to carry out snow removal and winter maintenance of the municipal road network and the tolerances of the municipality as listed in these tender documents for 1 year, 3 years and 5 years. The documents are available at the cost established by the Electronic Tendering Service. Billing for printing and delivery will be done by Electronic Tendering Service. Plans and specifications are non-refundable. The Municipality does not undertake to accept either the lowest tender or any of the tenders received, and it declines all responsibility with regard to one or other of the tenderers in the event of rejection of all the tenders. The contract is awarded by decision of the council of the Municipality, at its sole discretion, and the Municipality cannot be bound in any way other than by a resolution of its council. The tenderer must read the contract management policy of the municipality of Saint-Eugene, this policy is an integral part of any call for tenders launched by the municipality of Saint-Eugene, all tenderers must comply with it, under sanction penalty which may go as far as rejection of the tender and termination of the contract.
