Site work and paving for a road / highway in Fergus Falls, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The work shall be performed in accordance with the drawings and specifications and generally consists of the following major items: 1.5" Bituminous Milling 27,400 Sq. Yd. Type SP 9.5 Wearing & 12.5 Non-Wearing Course Mixture 2,350 Ton.Each bid must be accompanied by a money order, cash deposit, cashiers check, or Bid Bond payable to the City of Fergus Falls, Minnesota in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid. This is to serve as a guarantee that the bidder will enter into a contract for the performance of such work if the Contract is awarded to them. Only bids which are accompanied by such bond in the envelope will be considered. The bid guarantee of the two low bidders will be retained until the contract has been executed, but no longer than thirty (30) days, unless otherwise noted in the project specifications. The City of Fergus Falls reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein, and further reserves the right to award the contract in the best interest of the City.
