A RESOLUTION Awarding the Bid and Contract for the Municipal Water Supply Well Project ____________ The work site is located at the Rice Road Well Field & Water Treatment Facility. The work includes providing all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment and other means of construction necessary and incidental to the completion the work as described in these Specifications including, but not necessarily limited to, the following: installation, development, and testing of three (3) water supply wells at the City's existing municipal well field, located on Rice Road, in Schenectady, New York. Two wells will be installed on the southern portion of the site, and one well will be installed on the northern portion of the site.The Project is being funded in part by funds from the New York State Environmental Facilities Corporation and this Contract will require 20% combined M/WBE/DBE participation.Each bid must be accompanied by a bid security in the amount of five percent of the base bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish construction performance and payment bonds in the full amount of the contract price. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive any and all informalities and the right to disregard all nonconforming, non-responsive or Conditional Bids.
