Site work for a water / sewer project in Humble, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
This project will consist of the breakout and removal of existing concrete pool, coping, electric, plumbing, electric service; installation of two level pools as shown in drawing, including electrical service, meter can, breaker box, pool equipment on gunite pad, 6-foot wooden fence with gate around pool equipment, 4-flood lights, auto fill and overflow line, InteliFlo VSF waterfall pump on artesian well head, and secure all permits required by the City of Humble. Bid security in the amount of five (5) percent of the greatest amount bid must accompany each bid as a guarantee that the bidder will enter into a contract and execute the required bonds within ten (10) days after notice of award. Bids without such guarantee will not be considered. Bids will be required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of ninety (90) days after bid opening City reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any and all formalities and technicalities, and to accept any bid which it deems advantageous to the City.
