Renovation of a municipal facility in Cornwall, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
1. Supply all labour, tools, materials, and all other items necessary to remove all the existing caulking materials on the building envelope and replace with new calking and sealants as specified with associated backing materials. Remove and replace all the exterior cladding joints, Installing new polyurethane caulking with 19mm (3/4") backer rods around the edges of the window walls, curtain walls and door frames. Face seal all exterior windows with silicone sealant (including the curtainwall systems and atrium skylights). Remove and replace the silicone sealant joints to the atrium's curtain wall system located on the south side of the building. 2. Supply all labour, tools, materials, plants and all other items necessary to repair all areas affected by the work. Any damages incurred shall be paid for and repaired by the Contractor.
