Question Cuttoff Date & Time 8/8/2022 05:00:00 PM (ET) The Engineer's estimate is: $738,000 - $902,000 PROJECT SCOPE: Truckee Meadows Water Authority (TMWA) is accepting sealed bids for all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals required to construct approximately 2,900 LF of 6" diameter water main, and retire approximately 2,900 LF of 4" and 6" diameter water main, together with tieovers, services, valves and appurtenances to complete the project. PRE-BID CONFERENCE AND SITE VISIT: A pre-bid conference and site visit will NOT be held. Facsimile and Hard Copy Bids will NOT be accepted BID OPENING: There will not be a public bid opening as bids are opened electronically. Bid results and the bid tabulation will be posted on NGEM and bidders will be notified electronically of the results. TMWA reserves the right to reject any or all bids, including without limitation the right to reject any or all nonconforming, non-responsive, unbalanced, or conditional bids, and to reject the bid of any bidder if TMWA believes that it would not be in the best interest of TMWA to make an award to that bidder. TMWA also reserves the right to waive informalities. Bids will be evaluated as prescribed in Nevada Revised Statute 338.147. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
