Reference number : 1600659 Replacement of the air conditioning/heating/ventilation unit, wings 21-22-23, CLSC - Center d'hebergement de Windsor Brief description of the work: The project involves the replacement of a 100% fresh air ventilation unit of approximately 3000 CFM. In general and without limitation, the work is summarized in the following elements: replacement of the ventilation unit in place; addition of a steel platform to the roof to support the new ventilation unit; modifications to an air supply duct section; air balancing and cleaning of existing ducts; addition of controls (automatic regulation); electrical connections; temporary partitions to meet infection protection standards in the accommodation; dismantling and repairing ceilings in order to carry out mechanical/electrical work. Work completion time: 10 weeks - the date of the work will be determined according to the date of receipt of the equipment (start of work estimated in November 2022).
