The purpose of this ITB is to enable Florida State University (FSU) to enter into a purchase order (PO) and/or contract with a Respondent to provide the labor and materials required to test approximately 275 backflow preventers and provide the necessary maintenance and repair needed as a result of test finding throughout FSU Campuses and FSU managed properties in the Tallahassee area. The repair and maintenance will be required only for the deficiencies found during testing, NOT any maintenance outside of the annual testing. The FSU Campuses and FSU managed properties in the Tallahassee area shall include: Main Campus, SW Campus (Innovation Park), Florida High 3000 School House Rd, Tallahassee, FL 32311, Facility for Arts Research 3216 Sessions Road, Tallahassee, FL 32303,the Jim Moran Institute located at 111 South Monroe Street, Tallahassee, FL 32301 and any additional properties within the City of Tallahassee limits that the University is found responsible for building maintenance.
