The project consists of Phase 1 and 2 Collection System Rehabilitation Project. Phase 1 Collection System Rehabilitation Project is separated into two different sections, Phase 1A and Phase 1B. Phase 1A consists of replacing approximately 2,650 linear feet of existing 12-inch gravity sewer main with new 8-inch SDR 35 polyvinyl chloride (PVC) sewer main, installing new manholes, and reconnecting the sewer services. Phase 1B includes replacing 3,550 linear feet of existing 12-inch gravity sewer main with new 12-inch SDR 35 PVC sewer main, installing new manholes, and reconnecting the sewer services. Phase 1B also includes jack and boring 230 linear feet of the 12-inch sewer main underneath the Burlington Northern Santa Fe (BNSF) railroad and Highway 16. Phase 2 Collection System Rehabilitation Project is separated into four different sections, Phase 2A, Phase 2B, Phase 2C, and Phase 2D. Phase 2A consists of replacing approximately 336 linear feet of existing 12-inch gravity sewer main with new 12-inch SDR 35 PVC sewer main; replacing 1,902 linear feet of existing 10-inch gravity sewer main with new 10-inch SDR 35 PVC sewer main; replacing 42 linear feet of existing 8-inch gravity sewer main with new 8-inch SDR 35 PVC sewer main; installing new manholes; and reconnecting sewer services. Phase 2A also includes open cut installation of approximately 29 linear feet of 10-inch PVC under Dry Creek. Phase 2B consists of relacing approximately 980 linear feet of existing 8-inch gravity sewer main with new 8-inch SDR 35 sewer main, installing new manholes, and reconnecting sewer services. Phase 2B also includes jacking and boring approximately 28 linear feet of 8-inch PVC carrier pipe in 16-inch steel casing under Dry Creek. Phase 2C consists of replacing approximately 1,940 linear feet of existing 8-inch gravity sewer main with new 8-inch SDR 35 PVC sewer main, installing new manholes, and reconnecting sewer services. Phase 2D consists of replacing approximately 1,160 linear feet of existing 8-inch gravity sewer main with new 8-inch SDR 35 PVC sewer main, replacing approximately 710 linear feet of existing 8-inch gravity sewer main with new 8-inch SDR 26 PVC sewer main, installing new manholes, and reconnecting sewer services.
