The contractor shall demo and install fencing in accordance with the Statement of Work incorporated within the Request for Quote (RFQ) attached to this notice. SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS The contractor will furnish all personnel, equipment, supplies and materials necessary to remove and replace existing security fence with new security fence per specifications. Per diagram photo in this package all holes can be reused for the new post except for a 10' extension on each end of the fence. This is clearly marked in the attached diagram photo. Install an automatic gate with keypad and opener and a walkthrough gate at specified locations per specifications at Green River Lock and Dam #2 located at 695 W 1st ST Calhoun, KY 42327. Prices should include mobilization & de-mobilization, fuel, labor, material, and equipment. The contractor's work and responsibility will include all planning, programming, administration, management, supervision, communications, and inspection necessary to assure that all work is conducted in accordance with the contract requirements and all applicable Federal, State and Local laws and regulations. All work will be performed in strict compliance with the attached specifications and all other terms and conditions incorporated herein. Work will begin within 10 calendar days of the Notice to Proceed (NTP) and will conclude 90 calendar days after the NTP.
