Description The project consists of renovating room 570A and modifying a counter in laboratory 571 on the 5th floor of Macdonald Engineering at McGill University's downtown campus. Room 570A has an area of 11m2. The scope of work includes architectural and engineering interventions, including the modification of electromechanical services, mainly on the 5th floor with some interventions on the 4th floor. Performance bond and materials and services of each corresponding 50% is required. awrd is subject to final approval.
