Tenders must be submitted in a sealed envelope bearing the inscription " Rues de Ditton et Albert (route 257) - Refection des services municipales " and the tenderer must be clearly identified. To be considered, any tender must be accompanied by a tender guarantee as described in article IV-1.1 of the "Notice to tenderers" of standard BNQ 1809-900/2019. The bid, the guarantee that must accompany it and all the other documents to be provided will be deemed valid for a period of 120 days .
