The work involves site preparation, earthwork, selective demolition, tree removal, trenching, soil treatment, concrete paving, concrete curbs, walkways and pavement, electrical, fire alarm, plumbing, irrigation, planting, masonry, carpentry, roofing, sheet metal, painting, disturbance of hazardous materials and other related work to construct a new locker room building. Start of Service Date: 04/03/2023 End of Service Date: 11/22/2024 Contract Duration: 600 Calendar Days Vendors having questions regarding the project must submit them in writing to the Project Coordinator. Questions must be received no later than 14 calendar days prior to the bid closing date. Addenda and/or bid clarifications (if required) will be issued no later than 7 calendar days prior to the bid closing date.All awardees for this solicitation are subject to and shall comply with the INTERIM GENERAL CONDITIONS,1999 EDITION of the Department of Accounting and General Services, or the General Conditions (AG-008 103D) of the Department of the Attorney General, as applicable. It is the Vendor's responsibility to read and comply with these General Conditions and other documents or specifications for the solicitation whether attached or referenced.Proof of compliance/documentation is obtained through Hawaii Compliance Express (HCE). Vendors shall register in Hawaii Compliance Express (HCE), a program separate from HePS. The annual subscription fee to utilize the HCE service is currently $12.00. Allow 2 weeks to obtain complete compliance status after initial registration. It is highly recommended that vendors subscribe to HCE prior to responding to a solicitation.
