Bidders shall include in amounts bid payment of State Sales Tax and/or Use Tax on all taxable materials specified to be furnished by the Contractor and incorporated into the work under this contract. Award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. This solicitation has been designated as a CDBE (Columbia Disadvantaged Business Enterprise) project. The highly recommended CDBE participation for this solicitation is designated as 16%. This participation must be reflected on the Business Information Record (CDBE). You do not have to be a LBE in order to submit a bid for this project.
