LAKEVIEW JUNIOR HIGH WATER HEATER REPLACEMENT 701 PLAINFIELD ROAD DOWNERS GROVE, ILLINOIS 60516 Bidding documents, including the Proposal This project includes: Replacement of water heater and associated piping. Make proposals on the bid forms supplied in the Project Manual. No oral, telegraphic or telephonic proposals or modifications will be considered. The successful bidder is required to pay the general prevailing wage for work as ascertained by the Illinois Department of Labor, and shall submit certified payroll records, in compliance with the Prevailing Wage Act (820 ILCS 130) and shall comply with all applicable Illinois statutory requirements regarding labor, including Equal Employment Opportunity laws. Bids may not be withdrawn within thirty (30) days after the scheduled time of opening bids, without the consent of the Owner. The Owner reserves the right to accept any bid or to reject any or all bids, or parts of such bids, and waive informalities or irregularities in bidding. The Owner requires Substantial Completion for Base Bid A as November 27, 2022 and Base Bid B as December 30, 2022. Specific timelines of work are presented in the specification.
