The City is soliciting proposals for the construction of a small water barrier and complete other minor water intrusion repairs located at the City Hall building located at 31 S. Summit Avenue, Gaithersburg, MD 20877. All modifications shall be completed per the specifications in this solicitation. The City operates under a decentralized procurement system; individual Departments are responsible for purchasing those goods and services required to perform their functions. The Procurement Division acts as a liaison between Departments, responsible for administering & enforcing purchasing policies & procedures; identifying & establishing procurement strategies, methods & processes; and providing assistance with solicitation development, negotiations & contract awards.
