Furnish and deliver Electrical Supplies and Equipment to locations Districtwide as required for the contract term. Questions or comments regarding this solicitation document or the process shall be forwarded, in writing, to Mr. Jeffrey S. Knotts, Director of Procurement, and Mrs. Tonya Stroud, Senior Buyer, 2 Space Drive, Taylors, South Carolina 29687. Email addresses are: jknotts@greenville.k12.sc.us and tstroud@greenville.k12.sc.us. Inquiries and comments shall be delivered to the Procurement Department no later than May 19, 2022, at 10:00 A.M. Verbal questions/comments shall not be addressed at any time. The initial term for this contract shall begin from the date of award for one (1) calendar base year. The District reserves the right to extend the contract for a period not to exceed up to four (4) additional one (1) year period(s) upon the mutual agreement of both parties. The award/contract shall not exceed five (5) calendar years in total.
