Install a new structurally supported 70 foot communications tower in accordance with manufacturing specifications to include lighting protection and maintenance accessibility. The communications tower shall have an obstruction light with supplied power cable with 5 underground conduits to run antenna cables and the obstruction light power cable from the tower. The Contractor shall ensure the communications tower is constructed in compliance with the standards set by the manufacturer and UFC 3-260-01.
