Further, for that reason, as well as because of a language in New Jersey's Annual Appropriations Act, refusal to disclose campaign contributions otherwise required by N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.3et seq. and 19:44A-20.25 seq., will not adversely affect your consideration of award. The selection of Qualified Respondents is subject to the bidding or competitive contracting provisions of the Local Public Contracts Law, N.J.S.A. 40A:11-1 et seq. If ultimately awarded a contract, your company/firm will be required to comply with the requirements of P.L. 1975, c.127 (NJAC 17:27 et. seq.) The cost proposal should be in a separate sealed envelope, not to be part of the technical Request for Proposal document. You must create your own form; the City will not provide one.
