The Work covered under this project consists of the furnishing of all superintendence, overhead, labour, materials, tools, equipment, insurance, fuel, transportation and all things necessary for and incidental to the satisfactory performance and completion of Partial Roof Replacement, Surrey Arts Centre located at 13750 88th Avenue, Surrey, British Columbia. The general components of the Work include: The removal and disposal of the existing roof membrane system in three roof areas, and subsequent installation of a new SBS roofing membrane system including all new drains, flashings, access ladders, etc., and including any necessary temporary disconnect and/or displacement of roof top HVAC equipment, to complete the scope of work as identified in the attached specifications.
