QUALIFICATION NOTICE 24-725P By this notice, the Center de services scolaire de Montreal (CSSDM) invites tenders for the following call for tenders:
Title: Structural Engineering Services (Qualification)
Call for tenders number: 24-725P The primary purpose of this notice of qualification of service providers is to create a directory of structural engineering firms that can collaborate in the maintenance, rehabilitation and restoration of its buildings located on the island of Montreal. The structural engineering firms selected will provide the professional services necessary for the repair, rehabilitation and construction of parts of buildings, buildings and different structures located inside and/or outside the building. This directory of engineering firms is complementary to the directories of consultants in architecture, soil engineering, electromechanics and other professionals and external consultants with whom the CCSDM does business. If necessary, the CSSDM may also call upon the architectural firms selected within the framework of this notice of qualification for mandates related or complementary to other disciplines. For ease of reading, the singular will be used: "the engineering firm". No details on the estimated value of the total or partial contract will be provided. The CSSDM will receive before 2 p.m., on the opening date indicated, the tenders for the corresponding call for tenders. Each tender must be delivered sealed in an envelope identified with the return label included in the call for tenders or by any exact reproduction of its contents, as well as the name and address of the tenderer in the upper left corner.
Given the current situation, bidders wishing to submit a bid in paper format are requested to report to the CSSDM administrative center on the opening day. A representative of the Procurement Office will be present for the receipt of tenders from 8:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m.
It is important to allow sufficient time for access and submission of bids. The CSSDM cannot be held responsible for delays related to access management in the context of a pandemic.
Visitor parking is available for people wishing to submit a paper bid.
No list of document takers will be provided by the owner.
