Purpose. This Request for Proposal (RFP) is to establish a contract(s) to provide janitorial and housekeeping duties for the for the MnDOT facility located at 2151 Bassett Drive, Mankato, MN 56001. The facility has approximately 19,617 total square feet of carpet flooring, 7,556 total square feet of rubber flooring, and 1,576 total square feet of ceramic tile flooring. The State will provide all the necessary supplies to perform the cleaning and stocking required. Hours of cleaning shall be Monday through Friday, from 4:30 PM to 8:30 PM.. Questions. Any questions or clarifications in regard to the solicitation response shall be made in writing to Katy McCann at katy.mccann@state.mn.us. If a Responder discovers any significant ambiguity, error, conflict, discrepancy, omission, or other deficiency in the solicitation, the Responder must immediately notify the Acquisition Management Specialist/Buyer in writing of such error and request modification or clarification of the document. All questions should be submitted no later than May 19, 2022. The State is not obligated to answer questions submitted after the questions/clarifications due date and time. Responders are not to contact anyone within any other State Agency regarding this solicitation.
