Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Saint-Antoine-sur-Richelieu, Quebec. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 8,922-square-foot clubhouse / community center.
Reference number : 1600476 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-05-17 Submission sent electronically accepted: Nope Architecture: The architectural work consists mainly of repair work on the roof and replacement of the ventilation system at the Community Center of the Municipality of Saint-Antoine-sur-Richelieu. Roof repairs : Complete repair of the roof of the Community Center including the sloping roof of the generator space. The total area of the roof to be redone is 8670 sq. ft. and basin C is 252 sq. ft. in asphalt shingles. The project includes, among others, the following works: Demolition and removal of the current waterproofing complex, wooden parapets, removal of suspended ceilings in rooms where the ventilation system is replaced or modified, their reconstruction or repair, replacement of the roof bases of the existing ventilation system, the work required to remove the electrical and mechanical elements on the roof. Mechanical and electrical: - Demolition and removal of existing ventilation/air conditioning units on the roof; - Supply and installation of new HVAC units on the roof; - Modification of the ventilation distribution; - Control of the various systems; - All electrical connections. The work must be carried out between August 8, 2022 and be completely completed by November 25, 2022. Performance bond and materials and services of each corresponding 50% is required.
