Reference Number 00003058783 The Town of Truro invites tenders on the supply of all of its concrete requirements for a one-year period from the date of acceptance. The majority of our concrete requirement is for the Sidewalk, Curb & Gutter Program, estimated at 585 cu. m., which will continue until freeze with any remaining work to be completed in the spring. A large portion of the curb will require 35 mpa concrete, while the sidewalk will be with Duramix. Sidewalk maintenance requirements will in general be Duramix, while the street, sewer and water requirements will be for 20 mpa and 27.5 mpa in smaller quantities. Tenders should specify the unit price for supply of the concrete, including extras for calcium, heat, and underload charges, etc., that may be applicable throughout the course of the year.
