The Contra Costa Water District (District) is requesting proposals from two (2) qualified Contractors to provide design, construction and repair services at its facilities on an "on-call" basis for a total of each contract not to exceed $1,000,000 through June 30, 2023, with the District holding an option to extend the period of services for an additional one-year term with an additional $1,000,000 contract amount with each contractor through June 30, 2024. The attached Request for Proposal (RFP) describes the anticipated types of work to be performed, budget, schedule, qualification, and proposal requirements. The proposal, including cover letter and appendices, shall be in the form of a single file, transmitted as an attachment to the email or via a link to where the file can be downloaded. The email subject line should include the RFP title and due date, and the body shall include a description of the file being transmitted, included pages of the proposal, size of attachment, and file name. File size shall not exceed 10MB. Proposals will not be accepted after the date and time stated above. One (1) original Pricing Schedule per Section 00310 shall be submitted in a separate sealed envelope to the address listed below and have "FY23/FY24 On-Call Construction and Repair Services" clearly marked on the outer most mailing envelope.
