Site work for a water / sewer project in Edwards, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Bids received after this time will not be accepted and will be returned unopened. At said place and time, and promptly thereafter, all bids that have been duly received will be opened. The bid results (totals only) will be sent via email to all bidders after opening. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive irregularities or informalities in any bid. The work to be performed generally includes: Approximately 1200 tons of asphalt roadway and parking, 6600 lf of concrete curb and gutter, 10,000 sf of concrete sidewalk, 1200 lf of storm piping and associated inlets, manholes, and flared end sections. Also includes approximately 320 lf of 12 DIP water main, 645 lf of 8 DIP, 690 lf of 6 DIP service or 1 copper. Also includes approximately 990 lf of 8 PVC, 8 manholes, 360 lf of non-potable irrigation main and 740 lf of joint shallow utilities. Each Bidder shall file with his Bid a cashier s check, or a Bid Bond, in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. No Bids may be withdrawn within a period of sixty (60) days after the date Bids are opened. Bidders will have an opportunity to visit the site after the pre-bid meeting. Handouts of the site will be available for the self-guided tour. Bids will be considered only from Bidders who have attended the Prebid Conference. Bids from Bidders not indicated in the Engineer s records to have been in attendance the Prebid Conference will be returned unopened.
