For the project known as CIDER MILL FARMS ROAD RECONSTRUCTION PHASE IIB The work will consist of reconstruction of approximately 1,400 linear feet of asphalt concrete residential street, with a new asphalt concrete street section, 12 feet in width and aggregate base course shoulders, 3 feet in width per side, including removal and disposal of existing roadway materials; removal, disposal and replacement of small diameter storm drainage culverts; miscellaneous grading and drainage; and miscellaneous appurtenances at High Rolls Mountain Park, NM. Each Proposal shall be accompanied by a Bid Security in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount bid, which will be returned not later than thirty (30) days after the receipt of bids. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the amount bid to assure performance of the Contract, and payment for all labor and materials of the Contract. No Proposals may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for receipts of Proposals and the Cider Mill Farms Mutual Domestic Water Users Association reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals and waive all technicalities and formalities. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 30 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. Attention of BIDDERS is particularly called to the requirements as to conditions of employment to be observed and minimum wage rates to be paid under the contract.
