Submission sent electronically accepted: No Development Saint-Basile-sur-le-Parc - Final phase Object of the contract: The City of Saint-Basile wishes to obtain tenders for the execution of the work described briefly below: The installation of municipal networks (drinking water, sanitary sewer and storm pipes) and the construction of roads including the pavement structure, paving and curbs over approximately 800 linear meters to develop Genest Corriveau and Julien streets The work area is between Sainte-Anne and Sainte-Angélique streets. The documents related to this call for tenders can be obtained by contacting the Quebec governments electronic tendering system upon payment of the required fees by visiting the site or by calling 1 866 669-7326 as of May 5, 2022 . Any request for information relating to this call for tenders must be addressed to Ms. Laurie Mimeault, project director, at the following email address: laurie.mimeault@saintbasile.qc.ca / 418 329-2204 ext. 931. The said documents will serve as a contract. The tender envelope must be marked AP-2022-03 - Submission for the construction of streets for the Saint-Basile-sur-le-Parc development and must be stamped, signed and clearly indicate the name of the tenderer. . The tender, to be considered, must be accompanied by the documents identified in article 3.7 of the document AP-2022-03 - Tender for the construction of streets for the Saint-Basile-sur-le-Parc development . The City of Saint-Basile undertakes to accept neither the lowest nor any of the tenders received and incurs no obligation towards the tenderers. The City will also not be liable for any lawsuit or claim for costs or losses incurred by the bidders as a result of such decisions. Bid Bond 10% is required.
