Completed plans call for the addition of a service station / car wash facility; for the demolition of a service station / car wash facility; for the renovation of a service station / car wash facility; and for site work for a service station / car wash facility.

Project includes bus wash equipment renovations, interior improvements, and an addition to WRTA garage as described on the bid documents. Each Proposal must be accompanied by a certified or cashier's check, or an irrevocable letter of credit in the amount of five (5%) of the amount bid or a bid bond in the amount of one hundred (100%) of the amount bid, such check or bid bond shall be made payable to Western Reserve Transit Authority and to be held as a guarantee that in the event the bid is accepted and a contract awarded to the bidder, the Contract will be duly executed and its performance properly secured. This contract is subject to the requirements of Title 49, CFR Part 26, Participation by Disadvantaged Business Enterprises in Department of Transportation Financial Assistance Programs.
