Site work and new construction of a multi-residential development in Kitchener, Ontario. Design plans call for the construction of a 16-story above grade, 192-unit multi-residential development; and for site work for a multi-residential development.

Redevelopment of the existing affordable housing site to provide an additional 122 units (existing units are townhomes). Scope to include: a 15 or 16-storey apartment building and 3 blocks of townhomes/stacked townhomes. Site is 1050-1064 Courtland Avenue East and 440-470 Shelley Drive. TIMELINE: Project design has been paused. Staff will be seeking Council direction on the future of the project. Further update fall 2026. *Value represents total estimated project costs.
