The work is scheduled to start on June 6, 2022 and end on August 12, 2022. The work includes adding smart card readers, electric strikes and all the necessary wiring to the existing system. The BIDDER must accompany his Bid with a bid guarantee equivalent to TEN PERCENT (10%) of the price proposed in his Bid. If the Bid is transmitted electronically, the bid security must be produced in one of the following forms: a bond issued in favor of the PUBLIC BODY by a Financial Institution, which must comply with the provisions of the model bid bond reproduced in Appendix 4.01A of the Bid Form; an irrevocable letter of guarantee issued in favor of the PUBLIC BODY by a Financial Institution, which must comply with the requirements of the "Irrevocable Letter of Guarantee" model reproduced in appendix 4.01B of the Bid Form.
