Job No. HPR-25-001-22, Various Engineering Services for Pavement Testing, Engineering Evaluations and Performance Monitoring, Statewide, Bureau of Research. This project requires 20% DBE participation, or if the contract goal is not met, documented evidence of good faith efforts. The Complexity Factor for this project is 0. The Consultant who is selected for this project and all Subconsultants the Prime Consultant will be using are scheduled to attend an initial meeting on August 15, 2022, at 9:00 AM at the Bureau of Research (BR), 126 East Ash Street, Springfield. This project requires specialized technical services in providing engineering services for the Pavement Technology Section within the Bureau of Research (BR) of the department. These efforts are anticipated to include testing services, evaluation services, and monitoring services as described below. Work orders under the blanket agreement will be negotiated and authorized by the department on an as-needed basis.
