The project includes, 40' tall architectural clock tower (with artwork), architectural water feature, seating areas, specialty paving, landscape improvements, site improvements and construction of all supporting appurtenances. This project is seeking to memorialize a historical landmark, the Mineral Well, that was torn down in 1951. Memorializing this well provides a platform to tell the story of one of city's most foundational places, now lost in time and makes a connection with this historic landmark. The project goal is to provide a gathering place for the community, through construction of public plaza and create a strong focal point for the view looking eastward down W.
