Any prospective Bidder desiring an explanation or interpretation of the solicitations, scope of work, etc., must request it in writing to the Purchasing Section by no later than JUNE 1, 2022 @ 12:00 p.m. PST, in order to allow a reply to reach all prospective Bidders before the submission of their bids.The City reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals and to award a contract to other than the low bid but the Bidder who best meets its requirements. The term of this contract shall be from the date of award by the City Council, until the end of 2022-2023 fiscal year (June 30, 2023); with the option to extend the contract up to four (4) fiscal years (July 1 through June 30), subject to satisfactory performance as determined by the Public Works/Water Director or his designee.
