The Developer, Lennar Homes of Texas Land and Construction, Ltd., will be the Payor for the contract for the Owner. This portal will be updated periodically with Addenda, Plan Holders List, additional reports or other information relevant to bidding the project. Lennar Homes of Texas Land and Construction, Ltd. on behalf of Kaufman County Municipal Utility District No. 9 reserves the right to reject any and all bids. The Successful Bidder, if any, will be the responsible Bidder which in the Board's judgment will be most advantageous to the District and result in the best and most economical completion of the Project. (Texas Water Code 49.273) Bid security in the form of bid bond or cashier's check payable to Lennar Homes of Texas Land and Construction, Ltd. on behalf of Kaufman County Municipal Utility District No. 9 in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the Bid submitted, must accompany each Bid. The requirements of Subchapter J, Chapter 552, Government Code, may apply to this Bid and/or Contract and bidder/contractor agrees that the Contract can be terminated if the bidder/contractor knowingly or intentionally fails to comply with a requirement of that subchapter. Bidder/Contractor declares that it has not received from a governmental body a notice of noncompliance with a provision of Subchapter J, Chapter 552, Texas Government Code, or, if such notice has been received, bidder/contractor has taken adequate steps to ensure future compliance with such subchapter and has provided or upon request will provide documentation of same. Eastland Phase 2B and 2C is located within the City of Crandall ETJ, Kaufman County, Texas. Eastland Phase 2B contains 106 residential lots. Eastland Phase 2C contains 131 residential lots. Eastland Phase 2B Paving Improvements consist of approximately 11,282 SY of 6" reinforced concrete paving, and approximately 7,129 SF of concrete sidewalk. Master Paving Improvements consist of approximately 8,595 SY of 6" reinforced concrete, and approximately 19,130 SF of concrete sidewalk (5' and 6'). Eastland Phase 2C Paving Improvements consist of approximately 12,600 SY of 6" reinforced concrete paving, and approximately 2,972 SF of concrete sidewalk. Master Paving Improvements consist of approximately 2,598 SY of 6" reinforced concrete, and approximately 6,897 SF of concrete sidewalk (5' and 6'). Eastland Phase 2B Utility Improvements consist of approximately 3,400 LF of residential sanitary gravity sewer, 3,670 LF of residential waterline, and 2,540 LF of residential storm sewer. Master Utility Improvements consist of approximately 950 LF of water, 980 LF of in phase storm, and 815 LF out of storm. Eastland Phase 2C Utility Improvements consist of approximately 3,825 LF of residential sanitary gravity sewer, 1,010 LF out of phase sanitary gravity sewer, 4,195 LF of waterline, and 1,400 LF of storm sewer
