The scope of work consists of replacing a portion of the existing galbestos siding and flashing with new metal siding and flashing at the Pier 1 Shed, Hilo Harbor, Hawaii. The work also includes replacing an existing roll-up door with a new steel roll-up door. The estimated cost of construction is between $200,000 and $250,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The U.S. Department of Transportation Regulation entitled "Nondiscrimination in Federally-Assisted Programs of the U.S. Department of Transportation," Title 49, Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), Part 21 is applicable to this project.
