The purchase of Sodium Chloride to be used by the City Service Departments of Beachwood, Berea, Brecksville, Broadview Heights, Brooklyn, Brooklyn Heights, Cuyahoga County, Independence, Lakewood, Middleburg Heights, North Royalton and Valley View for ice control. Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty & Contract Bond such as the form provided in the bid documents, as a guarantee that the bidder will enter into an agreement with terms as specified in his/her proposal and agreed upon by City Council. The City of Brecksville reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, or any portion thereof, and to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bids received, and to accept any bid which it deems favorable.
