The State of Washington, Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS), has issued a solicitation on the Washington's Electronic Business Solutions (WEBS) system. You have been identified as a vendor with OMWBE or DVA status, or as a Washington Small/Mini/Micro Business based on the commodity codes selected for this solicitation. This notice is also sent to the Governor's Ethnic Minority Commissions. The purpose of this RFQ is to procure the removal and replacement of two (2-ea) custom walk-in disability tubs in Building 50 at the Fircrest RHC campus. All parties must direct all communications concerning this solicitation to the Purchasing Coordinator listed above. DSHS may disqualify any Bidder who communicates to anyone besides the Purchasing Coordinator for this solicitation. Award: Awarded to “Walk in Tubs LLC” 43898.00
