Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Bellingham, Washington. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a warehouse / distribution facility; and for site work for a warehouse / distribution facility.
The City invites all interested parties to submit their qualifications for Site Planning, Engineering, Architectural, and Landscape Architectural services for this project. Disadvantaged, minority and women-owned consultant firms are encouraged to respond. The Consultant performing the work is expected to provide services including, but not limited to; development of concept design to final construction documents (plans, specifications, cost estimates, and permitting), stormwater site plan to satisfy state and local regulations, and geotechnical expertise relating to erosion, seismic, and all hazard areas, as well as requirements for footings and foundations. The facilities will include utility services, access, storage buildings for equipment, material storage bins and fuel storage areas. Clarification Deadline 5/19/2022 4:00 PM The City reserves the right to reject any or all Submittals and to waive irregularities and information in the submittal and evaluation process. This RFQ does not obligate the City to pay any costs incurred by firms in the preparation and submission of their Submittals. Furthermore, this RFQ does not obligate the City to accept or contract for any express or implied services. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
