No definite date for the rebid.** Project scope includes installation of new video surveillance cameras, wireless access points and facility paging speakers to be connected to existing system platforms. Installation will include all equipment, cabling, pathways and associated firestopping. Contractor will coordinate system commissioning and programming with the district. Engineers Estimate: $280,000.00 Prospective bidders shall be required to have a valid Class C10 for electrical and pathways and C7 for low voltage Contractors License. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Payment Bond, a Performance Bond, Workers Compensation and General Liability, and Builders Risk Insurance as required by the Contract Documents. The successful bidder shall also be required to enter into a written agreement on a form provided by the District. Bids must be accompanied by a bidder's bond for at least ten (10%) of the amount of the bid and payable to the District, which shall be given as a guarantee that the bidder will enter into a contract if awarded the work. Said bond will be declared forfeited, paid to, or retained by the District as liquidated damages if the bidder refuses or neglects to enter into the contract provided by the District. An electronic copy of bid bond must be submitted and physical copy should be held with vendor and made available to District upon request.
