All tenders must be accompanied by a tender guarantee representing three percent (3%) of the total amount of the tender, excluding options. This call for tenders is subject to the following intergovernmental agreements: ACCQO, AQNB, ALEC and CETA. The Center de services scolaire René-Lévesque does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the offers received and opened. It reserves the right to reject one, several or all submissions, without having to justify its refusal and without incurring claims for damages of any kind.
