Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Lemont, Illinois. Completed plans call for the construction of a fitness / recreation center; for site work for a fitness / recreation center; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
**As of June 9, 2022, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** Consists of the construction of a new fitness park; including the installation of Portland cement concrete pavement and sidewalk; brick pavers; modular retaining wall; curb & gutter removal and replacement; concrete curb Type b; park furniture, including benches and litter/recycling cans; site landscaping; ornamental fence; entry sign; and all appurtenant construction. Contractors must purchase bid documents and be shown on the Bidder's Planholder List in order to bid.
