Potential Bidder: Potter Township - Beaver County ("Potter Township") is soliciting proposals from qualified companies to perform lead-based paint (LBP) abatement associated with the "Blending Barn" property located in Potter Township, Beaver County, Pennsylvania (the "Property"). The successful bidder will perform for Potter Township the work described in the accompanying bid documents, which work will include performing LBP abatement, removal, and disposal services at the Site. The successful bidder will be required to enter into a written agreement with Potter Township. Potter Township is seeking a contractor with specific experience in performing work of this type in strict compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations relating to lead-based paint. Corporate or organizational bidders should respond to this Request for Bid ("RFB") by submitting their specific qualifications in performing work of the type described in the accompanying bid documents. This RFB is intended to provide prospective bidders with much of the information needed to submit proposals for Potter Township's review, interview, and selection of a qualified provider to perform services relating to this contract. As detailed in the bid documents themselves, potential bidders also will have one or more opportunities to visit the Property in order to assess the work to be performed.
