The goal of this bid is to enter into a term contract with an entity that will provide Blount County Schools with acceptable playground and landscape mulch on an as needed basis throughout Blount County, TN.Question Cutoff Date: 5/13/2022 05:00 PM (ET) Response to questions shall be submitted via addendum to all bidders by the end of day Tuesday, May 17, 2022. Blount County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, and does not guarantee that a contract will result from this ITB. The Schools reserves the right to award to the responsible bidder whose bid, conforming to all the material terms and conditions of the invitation to bid, is the lowest in price; upon final acceptance by the Board of Education.If awarded, this bid will result in a one (1) year fixed price contract. Blount County anticipates awarding the bid as soon as possible with the contract term to begin July 01, 2022.
