Hauling, spreading and packing 12 inches of dirt 18 inches wide on County Road 413. Starting at the intersection of County Road 125 and going 2 1/2 miles to Highway 15. 4. Prepping, matting and sealing roads - price per mile on roads 18' to 20' wide on County Roads. The County will furnish materials. This bid is for labor and equipment only. This contract may be terminated at any time By either party by giving a thirty (30) day Written notice. All bidders shall fully comply with the laws and statutes of the State of Mississippi pertaining to the filing of bids to political subdivision, and particular attention is hereby called to each bidder to the special requirements of Section 27-17-332, Mississippi Code of 1972 ( Annotated) Law 1978, CH 498, SEC 1 and the inclusion of the privilege tax number , identification number , or social security number , and that each bidder selling or renting road building machinery, road building and bridge machines, metal road and bridge materials, concrete, cement, asphalt, and other similar paving materials, shall furnish evidence of payment and issuance of the privilege tax license permit thereto.
