Furnishing all labor and materials for the construction of the Child Nutrition West Freezer Replacement including the following Bid Packages: Bid Package 1 - Demo/Sitework (Not Used) Bid Package 2 - Concrete (Not Used) Bid Package 3 - Masonry (Not Used) Bid Package 4 - Metal (Not Used) Bid Package 5 - Wood & Plastic (Not Used) Bid Package 6 - Thermal & Moisture Protection (Not Used) Bid Package 7 - Doors & Windows (Not Used) Bid Package 8 - Finishes (Not Used) Bid Package 9 - Specialties (Not Used) Bid Package 10 - Furnishing (Not Used) Bid Package 11 - Equipment Bid Package 12 - Special Construction (Not Used) Bid Package 13 - Conveying System (Not Used) Bid Package 14 - Mechanical and Electrical (Not Used) Bids received more than ninety-six (96) hours, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, before the time set for opening bids, as well as bids received after the time set for opening bids, will not be considered, and will be returned unopened. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the above-mentioned office immediately following the closing time stated above. A cashier's check, a certified check, or a surety bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid shall accompany the sealed proposal of each bidder if the proposal is $50,000.00 or larger.
