Furnishing all tools, ma- terials and labor and performing the work necessary to construct a new fence along the west property boundary of the Ponca City Landfill. Pro- ject includes the removal of an existing barbed wire and hog panel fence and the construction of 2,560 linear feet of new 6 foot tall, 9 gauge chain link fence with a security barbed wire top section. In order that the Owner may know to whom fur- ther information, addendums, and clarifications should be sent prior to the bid opening it is re- quired that the plans and specifications shall be obtained from the Office of the City Clerk, 516 East Grand Avenue, Ponca City, Oklahoma, 74601 in order for a contractor to be eligible to bid on this project. The information for Bidders, Forms of Bids, Form of Contract, Plans, Specifications and Form of Bid Bond, Performance and Statutory Bond, and other contract documents may be examined at the Office of the City Clerk of Ponca City, Oklahoma. The successful bidder shall submit Certification of Insurance for Public Liability and Workers Compensation in the amounts prescribed by Statute with the City of Ponca City named as additional insured. Bids filed as provided herein shall be publicly o p e n e d o n t h e above-mentioned time, date and place. All bids shall remain on file at least fortyeight (48) hours thereafter before a contract shall be made and entered into thereon. Bids received more than ninety six (96) hours, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, before the time set for the opening of bids, as well as bids received after the time set for opening of bids, shall not be considered and will be returned unopened. A cashiers check, a certi- fied check or a security bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid shall accompany the sealed proposal of each bidder. Deposits will be returned to unsuccessful bidders.
