Site work for a water / sewer project in Converse, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
As of August 1, 2022, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. The work to be performed under this contract consists of: The purchase and installation of new equipment and materials; providing of labor and equipment to construct approximately 2,800 LF o f bar ditch channel drainage improvements, w ith associated drainage appurtenances on Brucks Drive in Converse, Texas.A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the bid issued by an acceptable surety registered with the U.S. Treasury shall be submitted with each bid. A certified check payable to City of Converse may be submitted in lieu of the bid bond. Contractor will have 75 calendar days to complete all work. The City of Converse reserv es the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality in the bidding. Bids may be held by the City of Converse for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days from the date of the bid opening for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investiga ting the Bidder's qualifications prior to the contract award.
